I don't need a half-day setup or a crew of ten to get these results; I work around the class in full flow. It’s high-end production with an Oldham heartbeat, designed to make potential members think, "I want a bit of that."

There’s nothing quite like the atmosphere of a CrossFit Open night at OL1. It’s loud, it’s sweaty, and the energy is through the roof. My goal here isn't just to film people lifting weights; it's to capture the Secret Pizza Co. boxes, the kids cheering on their parents, and the "all-in" spirit of the gym. These videos are massive for member retention—when people see themselves looking like athletes in a high-quality edit, they don't just stay members; they become brand ambassadors.

Every now and then, we like to get a bit weird. For the OL1 Halloween event, I wanted to move away from the standard gym promo and create something with a bit of "bite." By blending real athlete footage with cinematic VFX and AI-generated imagery, we created a horror-inspired atmosphere that mirrored the intensity of the workout. This project is the perfect example of how I use emerging tools to support a vision, not replace it—delivering a high-concept, campaign-led film that stops the scroll dead.
